The carnival came to Pacifica this weekend
I may not have the stomach for the rides
anymore but I will always love the sights
and sounds of the carnival

These are a couple of the pictures my son took on his trip into the deep South last month He learned a lot from the people who were on the front lines of the civil rights movement

I'd never thought I'd admit this but I'm turning into a crazy cat lady. I have always been a dog person
but I have to admit these kooky feline creatures I live with are growing on me.
I will never be as crazy as the women in my neighborhood who drives around with her cats in the car
She even has a cat box in the back seat. Now that's crazyI'll!
