I have been having computer problems the last few weeks. ARRRRGGGHHH! The age of technology. I may have to change my photo of the week to photo of the month , until I can get things straightened out. I hope you all are a having a great summer. This is a modest grave I found in a Chinese cemetery in Daly City. I was sneaking around with my camera until I got discovered and thrown out. I guess the attendents of the cemetery don't appreciate art.

This weeks photo is another Vegas shot. In Vegas you can meet fall in love and get married all in one night if you like. I will be sharing my pictures of some of the chapels I saw while in town. This first image is dedicated to my lovely sister, who was so patient with me as I would yell spontaneously to stop the car while I jumped out into the middle of traffic to shoot a picture. I know she thought I was outa my mind. Thanks for understanding Les!

I have two images to share this week. The first one is of the beautiful Nevada desert near Las Vegas The Mountains are amazing in that area. They are striped! The second one is a work shop I went to over the weekend It was really fun and the models looked great with body paint on them. It lasted 4 and a half hours, San Francisco was having a heat wave that day so it was really hot. The models paint started to melt at one point but they never complained although I prob complained enough for everyone. At the end I was exhausted. I took 300 images. Who would have thought taking pictures could be so draining.

This first picture is done by my sister Leslie she writes: I was up in Laytonville over the weekend visiting friends and he showed this grave to us. It is literally in the middle of the woods! It is the only one. She died in 1907, we stood around and comiseratied about why she was buried there of all places and what the view may have been.

This first shot is done by my sister Leslie whom I am trying to encourage to take up photography she has a great eye she told me she calls this "beauty in chaos".
I was suppose to go to a photography workshop in a Victorian in Noe Valley on Sunday. The group didn't post the address so I thought I would just find it if I drove around the neiborhood a little I didn't realize there are a million and one Victorians in the area. Needless to say I didn't find the group, but I got some great shots of some beautiful homes from the turn of the Century.
